Improving recreation and conserving our forests- ORV Trail Restoration

With the help from the ATV OFF Road Club of Michigan, U.S. Forest Service, Ogemaw County Road Commission, Rose City/Lupton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Alliance for Oscoda County, we’ve able to make significant progress on the Lupton ORV trail in Ogemaw County.

To better balance conservation and recreation, we have been working with our partners to install new gates, signage, and fencing and repair erosion. To see the details, visit the ORV Restoration project site.
